Oh the brutal romanticism of winter: bare trees, grey skies, biting winds and freezing cold....the time of year when deep, dark red lips never look out of place, and black tights are de rigueur (unless you have a car and driver of course!).

I love Karin's understated style: one of my favourite photos from Paris Fashion Week this time last year was a photo I took of Karin after the Vanessa Bruno show. What was she wearing? A simple white shirt, denim cut-off's and a pair of Converse (I think!). And this look? Something to slip on for the weekend: for brunch with friends, shopping, a trip to the markets...easy peasy casual chic.
